Roasted to a medium-dark profile, it opens with deep notes of dark chocolate and molasses, balanced by a gentle sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar. The cup is smooth and full, with no sharp edges — the kind of coffee that feels settled from the first sip to the last.
Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Kintamani region of Bali, this coffee is grown at elevation in fertile volcanic loam. The unique wet-hulled process, followed by careful drying on raised beds, brings depth and body while preserving clarity and balance.
